Für Konferenzen, Strategieprozesse und größere Workshops sind vier bis zwölf Wochen Vorlauf hilfreich, damit Auftragsklärung, Prozessdesign und Abstimmung sorgfältig erfolgen können. Für längerfristige Prozesse empfiehlt sich eine noch frühere Anfrage. Kurzfristige Termine sind je nach Verfügbarkeit ebenfalls möglich, sprechen Sie mich gern an. For conferences, strategy processes and larger workshops, four to twelve weeks of lead time is helpful for a thorough briefing, process design and coordination. Das Honorar richtet sich nach Ziel, Umfang, Vorbereitungsaufwand, Dauer, Reisebedarf und der gewünschten Dokumentation. Ein einzelner Moderations- oder Visualisierungsauftrag wird anders kalkuliert als ein mehrmonatiger Strategieprozess. Nach dem Erstgespräch erhalten Sie ein klar gegliedertes Angebot ohne versteckte Zusatzkosten, sodass Leistungen und Investition verlässlich planbar sind. Fees depend on the objective, scope, preparation required, duration, travel and the desired documentation. A single facilitation or visualisation assignment is calculated differently from a multi-month strategy process. After the introductory call, you receive a clearly structured proposal without hidden extras, making both the services and investment easy to plan.
