My Mission

I help organisations and change-makers to see the bigger picture in complex change processes.

Hi, I’m Robin, this is my story, the struggles I have faced and why I am doing the work that I do.

I was always passionate about learning and changing myself and society. But turning this into a profession I love and a purpose that truly serves was a rough road.

I started out studying a B.Sc. Economics and Systems Thinking, hoping to understand and change the root causes of societal crises like climate change and inequality. But I quickly felt unfulfilled. Old professors and paradigms were blocking real progress of the scientific field. I realised that outer change needs inner change and work with people.

So I went deeper and pursued an M.A. in Adult Education, exploring how people learn and what it takes to shift mindsets. I realized that many of the challenges we face aren’t technical but relational. People need new ways of working together. That insight led me to the fields of new work and leadership development, where I found tools and approaches that support more meaningful collaboration and real change.

During this time, I also discovered the power of Visual Facilitation — a tool that turned out to be my missing piece. Drawing and mapping ideas allowed me to take complexity and make it clear, tangible, and actionable. Combined with Integral Theory and systems thinking, this became my signature approach: Visual Facilitation for Systems Change

Today, I work as a Visual Strategy Coach – helping organisations and founders to see the bigger picture and connect the dots of their ideas. By facilitating dialogues and visualising outcomes, I help you turn complexity into clarity, structure your ideas, and build a business strategy that feels aligned and creates sustainable impact
