Hi, I’m Robin. I help teams make sense of what they already know — and turn it into shared direction.
I’ve worked with 100+ purpose-driven teams, founders, and organisations that care deeply — but often feel stretched between ideas, tensions, and fast change. What’s missing is usually not expertise, but space to listen, reflect, and align.
My background is in Economics, Adult Education, and Organizational Development. I’m trained in systemic facilitation, visual thinking, and methods like Art of Hosting and the Loop Approach. But most of all, I bring presence, clarity, and structure — to help groups think together, visually and strategically.
