University of Hohenheim
Process: Over four months, I have accompanied the University of Hohenheim in developing their Vision 2040 and strategic direction for the upcoming Structure and Development Plan (SEP 2028–2032). The process included four strategic workshops with the leadership team, a large future conference with around 150 participants at Hohenheim Castle, and the development of a final Strategy Visual translating the collective outcomes into a roadmap.
My role: Lead Facilitator, Process Designer & Main Contact for the Strategy Process
Methods: Strategy Workshops, World Café, Fishbowl Dialogue, Visual Facilitation, Graphic Recording, Mentimeter Surveys, AI-supported Harvesting
Attendees: ~150 participants at the final conference including leadership, researchers, administration, students, and staff
Outcomes: Shared Vision 2040 foundations, strategic priorities for the SEP 2028–2032, visual strategy documentation, and stronger cross-faculty dialogue
